Online Internet Assessments
The assessment which you are about to take has been developed to
help both you and your potential employer identify your individual
talents, which when recognized and fully developed, can help you to
achieve your highest potential.
If you are a job applicant, please be aware that the assessments
below are not invasive psychological assessments, they are more
accurately classified as personality assessments or pre-employment
assessments. The questions only measure areas related to job
performance. If you are a job applicant, you should also be
aware that the assessment is only a part of the potential employer's
applicant selection process and it in no way constitutes the total
basis for hiring or placement.
Instructions for online assessments:
Please answer the questions candidly and as honestly as possible
in order to ensure the accuracy of the assessment results.
This is not a "personality test." Personality
testing generally denotes passing or failing scores. There are
no passing or failing scores on Candidate Resources' assessments so you
can relax. This is an assessment that you cannot
"fail." On the personality section of the
assessment, you should answer the question regarding the way you
honestly feel in general about each question. Don't over
analyze the question by looking for exceptions to the statements or
by "guessing" the right answer. There are no
"trick" questions or right or wrong answers regarding the
personality section so answer question as honestly as possible.
The assessments below require account codes to be entered in the
"log on" screen. Those account codes should have
been provided to you by your potential employer or via email.
You will need to enter your personal information and write down
your chosen password. You will need the password and your user
id to reconnect if you should get disconnected from the Internet.
In the event that you do lose your Internet connection, you can log
back on by clicking
here
and entering your password and user id. You will then be able
to complete the assessment by re-starting in the section where you
got disconnected.
If you wear glasses, you should wear them while taking the
assessment. It can also be helpful to have a scratch pad handy
to do some calculations since there are problem solving sections
involved on some of the assessments.
Please note the time required to complete the assessment.
Since some of the assessments have timed sections, you should make
every effort to ensure that you are not interrupted or distracted
during the assessment process.
