Online testing and personality assessment products provide the easiest and
most efficient method available for administering and scoring
employee assessments. There is no data entry involved on the
company's part since the pre employment testing is completed online by the

Applicant assessment products are available to be completed and
scored online or as an option, some of the assessment tools can be administered
with paper and pencil and then scored online.

The Achiever
The Achiever is one of the finest pre employment assessments that a
company can use in their employee selection process, but other uses include
leadership development, career personality testing
for developing the talent that is already within an
organization. It is mainly used for administrative and
managerial positions or any job where the mental abilities are an
important factor. It is frequently used as a leadership
assessment to measure leadership skills and other management skills.
It is also a very good employment assessment tool for measuring emotional
intelligence and other behavioral testing applications.
The Achiever encompasses aptitudes and behaviors required in a
job. The Achiever report can be based on your organization’s
job description or by establishing benchmarks based on the current
successful employees that are already employed within that job or by
comparing successful people within the same job classification
through in our industrial data base. The Achiever employment assessment
takes approximately 60 minutes to complete.

The Sales Achiever
The Sales Achiever is basically the same as the Achiever, but has been specifically customized for sales
testing applications and it specifically refers to sales skills and
other sales aptitudes rather than
generic behaviors. It encompasses sales aptitudes and behaviors
that are essential
in sales, based on your organization’s sales objectives and people
who are successful in sales in other organizations. Besides
sales profile testing, the Sales Achiever is also used to measure
customer service skills. The
sales assessment test takes about 60 minutes to complete.

The Guardian
The Guardian pre employment assessment is for skilled, semi-skilled, technical, basic entry
level, administrative positions and a variety of other jobs where it is
important that the individual hired for the job has the aptitudes,
behavioral traits, low risk factor and math skills required in the
successful performance of the job.
The Guardian asks direct admission questions concerning an
applicant's history, as related to the job regarding job-related
theft, alcohol and drug usage, and provides a risk factor for the
individual. It is an excellent tool for personality profile testing
applications for cashiers and other employees handling cash for the
company.
This pre employment assessment tool consists of timed and un-timed questions and should
take approximately one hour to complete.

The Scoreboard
The Scoreboard is available in two slightly different
versions. Scoreboard 1 measures 10 personality dimensions plus
has a distortion and equivocation scale. Scoreboard 3 includes
background questions (job related regarding alcohol, drugs and
theft) plus the same behavioral scales as the Scoreboard 1.
The employment assessment is divided into two separate parts. Part I is
comprised of direct-admissions questions regarding the applicant’s
prior use of alcohol or drugs on the job, or theft on the job.
Part II measures the applicant’s personality traits (behaviors) as
they relate to the requirements of the job. The Scoreboard is
utilized mainly for entry-level and hourly rate jobs where mental aptitudes
and math skills are not deemed critical. It is an excellent behavioral test. This employment assessment takes about 20-30
minutes to complete.

The Performer
The Performer is an employment assessment test which contains:
- a test of an individual's math skills
- a numerical and perceptive test to determine the accuracy of
an individual in identifying, matching numbers, symbols and sign
- direct admission questions relating to prior use of drugs,
alcohol or theft-related activities on the job
- an evaluation of ten personality (behavioral) traits to assure
job fit.
The Performer is available in two other versions, the Production
Performer and the Customer Service Performer. Both are very
good choices for behavioral testing applications where cognitive
ability
is not a critical factor. This pre hiring test takes
approximately 45 minutes to complete.

Sales Knowledge Challenge
The Sales Knowledge Challenge measures an individual’s
knowledge of sales in the following seven areas:

- Closing the Sale
The Sales Knowledge Challenge is a sales assessment which takes approximately 30 to 45
minutes to complete. It is important to note that this
sales test measures direct knowledge of the sales process rather
than innate sales skills. Those innate sales abilities are
best measured by the Sales Achiever.

Customer Service Knowledge Challenge
The Customer Service Knowledge Challenge measures an individual’s
knowledge of customer service in the following seven areas:

instrument measures direct knowledge of the customer service arena
and not innate customer service skills as would be measured by the
Achiever or the Sales Achiever.
