Understanding the Achiever Assessment
This document provides valuable information on interpreting the Achiever assessments which includes the Sales Achiever, Guardian, Scoreboard and Performer assessments.
Achiever Assessment Report
The Achiever assessment is mainly used for administrative and managerial positions or any job where the mental abilities are an important factor.
Sales Achiever Report
Besides sales profile testing, the Sales Achiever is also used to measure customer service skills.
The Guardian pre employment assessment is used for skilled, semi-skilled, technical, basic entry level positions
where it is important that the individual hired for the job has the aptitudes, behavioral traits and math skills required in the successful performance of the job.
Production Performer Report
The Production Performer is a great test for hourly production workers. It includes a test of an individual's
math skills and a numerical perception test.
Customer Service Performer Report
This assessment is used primarily to test hourly employees for innate customer service traits.
The Scoreboard is utilized mainly for entry-level and hourly rate jobs where mental aptitudes and math skills are not
deemed critical or important.
Customer Service Knowledge Report
The Customer Service Knowledge Challenge measures an individual's knowledge of customer service.
Sales Knowledge Report
The Sales Knowledge Challenge measures an individual's knowledge of the sales process.
Leadership Knowledge Report

The Career Advisor is excellent for individuals trying to determine a career path or seeking new career alternatives
that are compatible with their mental aptitudes and personality traits.
