The Achiever

The Achiever is one of the finest pre employment assessments that a company can use in their employee selection process. It is mainly used for administrative and managerial positions or any job where the mental abilities are an important factor. The Achiever employment assessment takes approximately 60 minutes to complete.

The Sales Achiever

The Sales Achiever measures the same aptitudes and personality dimensions as the Achiever.  It encompasses sales aptitudes and behaviors that are essential in sales.  Besides sales profile testing, the Sales Achiever is also used to measure customer service skills.  The Sales Achiever assessment takes about 60 minutes to complete.

The Guardian

The Guardian pre employment assessment is for skilled, semi-skilled, technical, and basic entry level positions where it is important that the individual hired for the job has the aptitudes, behavioral traits, and math skills required for the successful performance of that job.

The Performer

The Performer is available in two versions, the Production Performer and the Customer Service Performer.  Both are very good choices for behavioral testing applications where cognitive ability is not a critical factor.  The Performer assessments take approximately 45 minutes to complete.

The Scoreboard

The Scoreboard is utilized mainly for entry-level and hourly rate jobs where mental aptitudes and math skills are not deemed critical.  It is an excellent behavioral personality test.  This employment assessment takes about 20-30 minutes to complete.

Sales Knowledge Questionaire

The Sales Knowledge Challenge measures direct knowledge of the sales process in seven different areas.  It does not measure innate sales skills but rather knowledge of the sales process.  Those innate sales abilities are best measured by the Sales Achiever.  The assessment takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes to complete.

Customer Service Knowledge Questionaire

The Customer Service Knowledge Challenge is a training needs assessment that measures an individual's knowledge of customer service in seven important areas.   This training needs assessment takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes to complete.

Leadership Knowledge Questionaire

The Leadership Knowledge Challenge measures an individual's knowledge of leadership in seven different areas and is excellent for leadership development.  This training needs assessment takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes to complete.

Career Competency

This career aptitude testing instrument assesses an individual in sixteen competencies.  It should take approximately one hour to complete.

Career Advisor

The Career Advisor is excellent for individuals trying to determine a career path or seeking new career alternatives that are compatible with their mental aptitudes and personality traits.  This career aptitude test takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes to complete.
