What It Measures

The Performer is available in two versions: the Production Performer (for distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, trucking, and delivery) and the Customer Service Performer (for hospitality, retail, food service, and customer-facing roles). Both include math skills assessment, numerical accuracy, and a full behavioral personality profile.

Math Skills

28 questions covering addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division at the level appropriate for the role.

Numerical & Perceptual Accuracy

Measures accuracy in identifying matching numbers, symbols, and signs — important for roles requiring attention to detail.

What the Report Includes

A narrative section explaining math skills, numerical accuracy, direct admissions responses, and each of the ten personality dimensions.
A graphic matrix comparing actual scores to benchmarks for the specific job type.
Direct admissions questions(optional) regarding theft, alcohol, and drug use on the job.
