What It Measures
The Scoreboard is a focused behavioral personality assessment designed for semi-skilled and basic entry-level positions. It measures the ten personality dimensions that determine whether a candidate will fit the behavioral requirements of the job — without the cognitive aptitude components of the Achiever.
Personality Dimensions (10)
Energy — drive level; how stress is handled
Flexibility — integrity, reliability, dependability
Organization — planning and time management
Communication — desire to interact with people
Emotional Development — self-confidence; handling pressure
Assertiveness — leader vs. follower tendency
Competitiveness — team-spirited vs. individually competitive
Mental Toughness — perseverance; dealing with obstacles
Questioning/Probing — skepticism; not taking things at face value
Work Motivation — security-motivated vs. incentive/commission driven
All ten dimensions are compared against job-specific benchmarks. View the Interpretive Guide for details on what each dimension means.
